Hi, I'm Mason!
I’m an Illustrator and Storyboard Artist based in Brisbane, Australia.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film at QUT in 2020, I’ve built an expansive portfolio boarding for independent short films, trailers and TVCs. Key projects include storyboards and script consulting for upcoming short film "Maxi", and boards for WSFM 101.7 radio's "Jonesy and Amanda in the Morning" TVC. I am now expanding my artistic horizons as Illustrator on Joseph Rees’ “The Cloud Crew” children’s picture book series.
I love conveying the intimate human experience of emotion, memory and communication onscreen. As a kid I was always up at 6am, excited to watch my favourite TV shows. Ever since, film and art has become my lifelong passion. My free time is happily spent watching new TV, drawing or experimenting with writing. It's my dream to inspire the next generation of creators watching eagerly at 6am!
